This beautiful 65m² accommodation is located at an altitude of 1800m in Pyrénées 2000, very close to Font-Romeu, on the heights of the resort.
It offers a superb unobstructed and panoramic view to welcome you for a peaceful stay.
It is located near the ski slopes, and hiking and mountain biking trails, in a wooded environment and a privileged climate.
From the top floor of the Plein Sud residence, this cozy apartment will delight young and old.
You will access it by elevator to the 5th floor, then by a staircase, to reach the 6th floor where the apartment is located.
The apartment faces south and benefits from exceptional brightness and views.
It was completely renovated in 2021 in the chalet style and is very well equipped: WIFI is available free of charge; On the ground floor there is a large living room with a lounge (a single bed arranged as a bench, flat screen TV), dining room and fully equipped fitted kitchen (dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, extractor hood, toaster, Nespresso machine, raclette machine, etc.), as well as a bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet, and a small bedroom (a single bed) with its adjoining shower room.
Access to the upper floor is via Japanese-style stairs and there is a space with a single bed and a bedroom with a 160X200 double bed, and a toilet.
Plenty of storage space, washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board, travel cot, children's games, etc.
On-site parking.
A bicycle garage and 2 ski lockers are at your disposal.
Font-Romeu / Pyrénées 2000 ski slopes less than 100m away.
Restaurants at 100 m, doctor and shops at 600 m, playground at 200 m.
Pets are not accepted.
