The Cocoonr Agency in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via offers this charming 120 m² chalet with jacuzzi and sauna, mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises Ground floor - A 35 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and fireplace (wood provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bathroom with shower and WC On the lower floor - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room with WC - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed (140×190) - Bathroom with bath - Wellness area with jacuzzi (sleeps 4) and sauna - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside - A 10 m² south-facing balcony - A 20 m² south-east-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park in the public spaces in the street around the chalet or in the unnumbered outside parking space.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, about 3 km away - Nearest airport: Perpignan-Rivesaltes, approx. 90 km away.
You'll need a car to fully enjoy the region Other comments: - A chalet is being built in front of the property.
The work may cause visual nuisance. - Bed linen and towels included - Wifi (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional and wood is provided. - Pets not accepted - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
