Desswood is a beautiful, 1 bedroom apartment, set in a traditional granite building in Aberdeen. Our holiday home is perfect for city breaks and exploring the local area. On the doorstep, you can enjoy a range of delicious coffee spots & independent shops, and walk into the vibrant city centre of Aberdeen. Desswood is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped for self-catering stays, with a large kitchen, cosy and comfortable living room, and a luxurious bedroom.

Desswood has a large Living room, a bright and modern kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus an additional bathroom for you to enjoy during your stay.

Set across the ground floor, our spacious apartment features beautiful, traditional stained glass doors to welcome you into the holiday home.

The living room is a favourite place to relax, with a large, comfortable sofa, cosy log-burning fire, and smart TV with Freeview access and services such as Netflix available for streaming TV or films.

Our bright and spacious kitchen features a large dining table, along with a range cooker, dishwasher and coffee machine for use during your stay. The modern kitchen is well equipped, whether you wish to cook a delicious meal or treat yourself to a takeaway.

The spacious bedroom is situated at the end of the hallway, with a comfortable double bed, a beautiful, ornamental fireplace, and plenty of storage space for unpacking and hanging items during your stay. An en-suite shower room, with rainfall shower, toilet and sink, can be accessed from the bedroom.

The main bathroom, accessed from the hallway, features a sink, toilet and bath with overhead shower – perfect for relaxing during your stay. Luxury toiletries from Scottish Fine Soaps are provided for your use.

Guests are also welcome to use the private garden to the rear of the property. This sunny spot has an outdoor sofa and chairs, and is perfect for catching some Aberdeen sunshine.

Located in the West End of Aberdeen, Desswood is situated right next to cosy coffee spots such as the Treehouse Cafe, and is a stones throw away from event and dining spaces such as the Chester Hotel, Malmaison and The Dutch Mill on Queens Road. Albyn Place and Union Street are a short walk away, where you can find an array of local shops and restaurants.
