PBTS is stumbling distance from the beach & located near Sandbridge Market, Sandbridge Island restaurant, Zeros subs and various ice cream shops.

The incredible loft area on the upper level is a perfect combination of an entertainment/living space with a large screen TV, a sleeping area with a queen bed, twin over double bunk bed and a full sleeper, Flat Screen TV.
This space also includes a full bath and game/multi-purpose room! This property is decorated to make you feel right at home with a cool yet classy beach vibe! Br 1- King Master Suite and private bath, Br 2- King, Br 3-King, Br 4 and loft area – 1 Queens, Twin over Full bunk and Sleeper Sofa w/ another full bathroom. 2 Parking Spaces.
There are two reserved parking spots available as well as guest parking available inside the complex.

The penthouse was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had breathtaking ocean views from every angle. Plenty of room for our group to relax and enjoy. The location was ideal—steps from the beach and close to everything. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Highly recommend for a luxurious stay in Virginia Beach!

I came down to VA to see my son before he left cross country. He was stationed at Dam Neck base which was only 15-20 min away. It was perfect. Craig the host was amazing with his reply’s and the unit is beautiful. It looks just like the pictures. If I ever come back to this part of town I will be looking to stay here.

We enjoyed the location and the beach during our vacation. The beds were comfortable. The unit was airy and comfortable. The furniture was clean and sufficient. The master bathroom was beautiful, but it did have a toilet that required some repair—the flapper was loose, and the toilet would run if no...
