It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). The accommodation is composed as follows: Second floor: - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa... - A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bathroom with shower, WC Second floor: - Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2) For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, steamer. Exterior: - 3 m² balcony with furniture The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : - Skiing - Hiking - Biking - Accrobranche - River, lake... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot. Free shuttle is also available. For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via station, approx. 4 min by car. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 1h32min by car.
