Welcome to my apartment! My comfortable and bright 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom flat, located at the heart of Paris city center, perfect for those traveling with children or friends.
The neighborhood is safe and family-friendly with plenty to do on your doorstep.
The apartment is located in the 18th district, right next to Sacré-Coeur and Montmartre! Spacious and central, this apartment will be the ideal holiday spot for your family holidays in Paris. - The apartment is all for you, 100% privacy! - After your reservation is confirmed, you will be requested to self-register via Chekin platform, where you will need to register all guests and pay the mandatory tourist taxes. - Virtual keys will be provided on your same check-in day. - During your reservation you will have 24/7 assistance from me and my team! *** TOURIST TAX & HOME ADDRESS *** - The Paris administration charges a small fee to every guest staying in a tourism accommodation.
The introduction of a tourist tax makes it possible to avoid having to bear the costs linked to tourist activity in the area solely on the local taxpayer.
Thus, revenue from the tourist tax is entirely allocated to the development of tourism infrastructure and the promotion of the territory.
The promotion of Parisian tourism is therefore directly financed by the tourist tax, paid by tourists, and not by local tax. - This contribution is mandatory for all adult guests and is calculated based on a percentage basis according to the number of nights and night rates of your reservation.
The maximum amount per person / per night is 15.93 EUR. You can check all the information at Taxe de séjour PARIS. - National and International police demand that each guest, would send information of their IDs or passports.

If the garbage bin is full, please take it outside and find the closest dumpster. 7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. 8. Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. The apartment has been under another owners management, as new owner of the apartment I will make sure you have even a more memorable stay with me! I have another apartment right next to this one; really convenient for big families, groups of friends or business trips! Die Lage war sehr gut.
Der Müllplatz war sehr nahe an der Wohnung. Also unmittelbar vor der Wohnung. Die Lüftung lief manchmal die ganze Nacht durch. Wir wissen nicht warum.Eine Gardine wäre schön.
Ansonsten kann jeder reinschauen.
Wenn man die Fensterläden dann zu macht hat man nur elektrisches Licht.

This was a lovely accommodation for a few nights in the Montmarte area. Flawless check in, instructions were communicated clearly. When the WiFi was not working the host swiftly answered my texts and we figured it out easily. The place is close by the metro so easy to walk to public transportation. Overall, very clean space
