Beautiful sunsets, the blue of the sea, the view of Taygetos mountain and the green landscape of olive groves consist the scene of the house.

The comfortable house is located in a large cautiously cultivated garden full of flowers and trees in a suburb of Kalamata city called Verga. Verga area, with the beautiful white pebble beach (100m from the house), the magnificent park of Almyros (550m) and the unique cafe-bars is one of the most advantageous seaside areas of the region. The beach is located in a walking distance from the house (only 100m) while you may find also supermarket, bakery, coffee-bar and the traditional taverns in a radious less than 50m. More information Along the beach there are many bars, cafes, restaurants, local fish taverns and entertainment venues. It is worth visiting and enjoy the evening panoramic view of the "Kastraki" (2Km). It is only 7km from the cosmopolitan Kalamata with its museums and the award-winning park with the railroad exhibition. Also you can visit the picturesque harbor of Kitries (14km), the scenic Kardamili (30km), the touristic Stoupa (35km), the castle city of Mystras (50km), the caves of Diros (85km), the Polylimnio waterfalls (38km), the Ancient Messini (35km), Costa Navarino (55km) etc. Nearby beaches Almiros (1.5m) pebbles Akrogiali (7Km) small pebbles Santova (8km) sandy Airport (15km) Beautifully decorated and modern residence, fully equipped offering all the comforts for your holidays! The unit was OK, however, it appears it is still under partial construction. Photos are a little misleading. The host was very nice.

Nina and her family are excellent hosts and the property is well set up and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Would suggest having a car however as public transport is very limited and there are no ubers etc.

It was a pleasure to stay in Verga. Nina was a wonderful host. The house is in a good location near Kalamata and has every comfort.
