Apartment located on the 1st floor in a building on Grota Rowieckiego street in Ruczaj, Krakow. It is a great location in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, ideal for walks among the greenery. The property is close to the picturesque Zakrzówek lagoon and Twardowski Rocks. At a distance of about 100 meters there are separated, shielded from the street by a sound screen, playgrounds for children and recreation for adults. The UJ campus is also close to the property.
