From the gîte, you'll be just a few kilometers from Port-Vendres, a large and authentic commercial port, and can continue your fabulous journey to Banyuls-sur-Mer for an enchanting break on the Mediterranean coast. Located on the garden level of the owner's house, this studio apartment with a private entrance comprises: - Living room with sleeping area (1 double bed) and equipped kitchenette - Private terrace - Shower room - Separate WC Shared garden (parking for one vehicle only). Please respect the house rules regarding pets.
The main entrance is not fenced.
Railway line 50 meters away (potential noise). Four other independent gîtes are located on the property.
The owners live on the premises.
