Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 40 m² house for rent in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 18 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a 30 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double sofa bed and a bunk bed (2 sleeps)
- Bathroom with bath
Outside:
- A terrace and an enclosed garden of 30 m² with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Île, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
Activities :
- Visit the Château de Noirmoutier
- Explore the Bois de la Chaise
- Discover the salt marshes
- Sealand Aquarium
- Cross the Passage du Gois
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, free parking is available close to the house.

- Port of Noirmoutier, about 10 minutes away
- Pornic railway station, around 1h20 away
- Nantes Atlantique airport, about 1 hour 30 minutes away.
