We offer this charming 41 m² air-conditioned apartment with sea view, mountain view, close to the beach, for rent in Lumio, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi Included. We're waiting for you!
The apartment is composed as follows
- 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower, WC
Outside :
- A 31 m² terrace facing the port, the sea and the mountains.
The terrace is equipped with a parasol, a dining table, two areas with a lounge and two deckchairs to enjoy the sunny days.
The apartment is ideally located in Lumio, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Others remarks :
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
