Jolie petite maison de vacances située au calme se composant au rez-de chaussée d'une pièce de vie avec coin salon/ salle à manger, cuisine ouverte sur le séjour entièrement équipée et aménagée (lave-vaisselle, four électrique, cafetière Nespresso, micro-ondes, plaque induction), salle d'eau avec douche bac plat, WC indépendant, d'une première chambre avec lit deux couchages (160), dressing, TV et accès sur l'extérieur.
A l'étage, avec accès par escalier raide et marche étroite, coin nuit avec lit deux couchages (140).
En extérieur, cour gravillonnée avec terrasse et mobilier de jardin, store banne électrique.
Place de stationnement privée dans la résidence. Le plus de cette location à la mer: A moins de 2km du Phare de Chassiron, et du centre-ville de Saint-Denis d'Oléron ( marché, boulangerie, restaurants, tabac/presse). Piste cyclable et mer à 650m de la maison. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur l’agence D’Oléron (quartier Saint Pierre). Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: - Towels : 8.9 €. - Bed linen rental (double bed) : 17.9 €. - Tea towels : 2.9 €. - Bath mat : 3.9 €. Property managed by a professional.

Rust en ligging
Het vinden van het makelaarskantoor was lastig omdat googlemaps ons naar de onjuiste locatie bracht.
De in- en uitcheck vond ik wat omslachtig.
