A few kilometers from the vineyards and Bligny-sur-Ouche, this beautiful, well-restored, detached village house is situated on a raised ground floor.
The spacious living/dining room features a kitchenette with a French-style ceiling and a wood-burning stove.
A Philips "L'Or Barista Sublime" pod coffee machine and a filter coffee maker are provided.
There are four bedrooms: the first with a double bed (140cm), the second with a queen-size bed (160cm), the third with two single beds (90cm), and the fourth with three single beds (90cm). There is a shower room, a bathroom, and two toilets.
Central heating and free firewood are provided. The property includes a terrace, a large enclosed courtyard, and a total walled garden of 4800 m². Up to five vehicles can be parked in the enclosed courtyard.
Bicycles can be stored in unlocked outbuildings, but the property gate is closed. The owners welcome a maximum of two pets at no extra charge. Baby equipment: 2 travel cots, small bathtub, changing mat, stroller, and high chair. Fouché Pond, 20 km away: supervised swimming in summer.
Burgundy Canal, 8 km away.
In Bligny-sur-Ouche: the tourist train, the Museum of Antique Tools.
Beaune-Santenay cycle route, 18 km away.

Merveilleux accueil de l'hôte, charmante maison toute équipée, grand terrain et possibilité de garer les véhicules dans l'enceinte du bâtiment.
Tout était parfait
Belle et spacieuse ancienne habitation avec tout le confort moderne. Joli village dans un environnement calme.

Accueil très sympathique du propriétaire. Cette région de la Bourgogne nous a beaucoup plu (hospices de Beaune, Dijon, châteaux et abbayes...)
Toutefois, le vin est un peu cher...
