A few kilometers from Beaune, the capital of Burgundy, renowned for its Hospices, this tastefully renovated and very bright old house is detached and semi-detached, arranged over two levels.
It features a kitchen, a living/dining room, and three bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 cm) and en-suite shower room, and the other two with two single beds (90 cm) each.
There is also a shower room and two toilets.
A covered shelter and enclosed courtyard are located in front of the house.
A folding cot and high chair are available for babies.
The property boasts a beautiful flower garden with a private terrace.
The owners live nearby, and the house shares a wall with unoccupied buildings.
Charges and supplements: Bed linen: €7 for a single bed and €14 for a double bed.
End-of-stay cleaning: €50.
Towels: €5 per person for the stay.
