Near the Crémant Route and the Champagne vineyards, this former 1850s schoolhouse, built with exposed stone, has been completely renovated and is located in the heart of the Champagne-Burgundy National Park.
On the raised ground floor: a lovely 50 m² living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lounge, ideal for family and friends gatherings.
Two bedrooms with two 80x200cm twin beds and one bedroom with a 140cm bed.
Shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160cm bed and an adjoining shower room.
A bedroom with two 80x200cm twin beds and a bedroom with a trundle bed made up of two 90cm twin beds.
Shower room and separate toilet.
Games room.
Gated parking in the courtyard in front of the house (150 m²).
A 175 m² enclosed garden and terrace at the rear, also with a garden shed, is also available.
Pets are not allowed.
Gîte located next to the village school (26 students - Zone A holidays).
Bed linens, end-of-stay cleaning, oil heating, and electricity are included in the price.
Charges and extras: Towels: €5 per person for the stay.
In the town: grocery store, fish farm with trout fishing, organic market garden, hiking trails, woodturning workshop.

Gîtes très propre, très bien agencé et très bien équipe. On aurait juste préféré un départ plus tardif que 10h. Accueil chaleureux. je recommande.
