Buqez - Villa 27 sits right by the sea in Drage, with a terrace made for enjoying the water views. Recently renovated, the property offers direct water access and a private beach area. An 80 m² terrace on 2 levels and a covered 16 m² terrace provide space for morning coffee or a meal outdoors.
The 54 m² ground-floor property accommodates 5 guests, including a maximum of 4 adults. It has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The open-plan kitchen, with an induction hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher, makes preparing meals easy. An electric barbecue and outdoor furniture add to the options outside. Air conditioning, central heating, internet and a dryer bring practical comfort to your stay.
A SUP is available to use, and boating, jet skiing, snorkelling and pier fishing are among the activities to enjoy. There is also an outdoor shower, and beach towels are provided. A café is approximately 160 m away and a restaurant about 370 m away, measured in a straight line. A supermarket is 2 km away.
A private outdoor parking space is available nearby; a car is recommended. Pets, smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
