Cocoonr offers you this charming 5-star chalet to rent in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via. It has a mountain view and is within walking distance of the ski resort. 150 m² in size, it can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It has a lovely 45 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,600 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 45 m² living room with TV, sofas and a dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Laundry room - Ski room - Separate WC First floor - Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed (160×200), with TV, shower room and access to terrace - Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200), with en-suite shower room and WC - Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160×200), with TV and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 4: Bunk bed - Shower room (with shower and WC) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A lovely enclosed garden of 1,600 m² (south-facing) and a 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The house is ideally located in Font-Romeu-Odeillo-Via, in a very pleasant environment.
All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. are nearby.
