Modern furnished vacation home for 4 people in Bremerhaven.
Our modern vacation home will be completed in 2023 and offers 120 m² of space for up to 4 adults.
We wanted to create something sustainable and opted for a timber frame house. Wood is a renewable raw material and can be recycled. The high energy efficiency due to the good insulation values are a prerequisite for meeting KFW 40+ standards.
All rooms are located on the first floor. The house consists of a spacious living area with dining room and open kitchen, which is equipped with a cooking island. From this area, you have access to the two bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
The bedrooms are furnished with double beds and closets with mirrors. One bathroom has a bathtub and the other has a walk-in shower.
There is a checkroom in the entrance area. A utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board is adjacent.
The open and light-flooded living and dining area, which is complemented by the open kitchen, creates a cozy atmosphere.
The house has a garage for one car. There is also a charging station for electric cars that can be used for a fee.
The house is heated by an air source heat pump and is equipped with a generously dimensioned PV system (11.1 kWp). A storage tank has 5 kWh and thus provides a sufficient buffer when the sun is not shining.
An automatic ventilation system ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

There is also a large public park with various leisure activities. There are various restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
