Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a 53 m² air-conditioned living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The accommodation comprises - A 53 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: 1 king-size bed (180×200) - Bedroom 4: 2 single beds - Bathroom with bath - Bathroom with shower - Two separate WCs For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 30 m² north-east-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather. The flat is ideally located in Coti-Chiavari, in a very pleasant environment.
All the essential shops are nearby. Activities : - Cove within 5 minutes' walk - Argent beach, 5 minutes' walk away - Hiking in the Corsican maquis and the Parata massif - Water sports - Visits to neighbouring villages and Ajaccio Transport links : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's indoor garage (one space) or outdoor private car park (two spaces). As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest port: Porticcio, 15 km away - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, 20 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our partner on site).
