Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, this bright duplex spread over two levels combines charm, comfort, and an exceptional location.
The apartment includes the following amenities: A fully equipped open kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals: microwave, stovetop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, and all essential utensils.
A bright and welcoming living area open to the kitchen.
One bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and TNT television.
A second sleeping area with a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm) in a separate space.
A clean and well-maintained bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and hairdryer.
A freight lift is available for surfboards and bicycles (these must be stored inside the apartment — no items are allowed in the common areas). 🧺 Included Services Bed linen and towels provided End-of-stay cleaning included Beds made before arrival Free and unlimited Wi-Fi 🚗 Parking The property does not include a parking space.
We recommend dropping off your luggage near the residence before parking your vehicle in a nearby public parking facility. 💳 Security Deposit A €500 security deposit will be required for the rental.

The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit.
A service fee between €3 and €9 will apply.
