In a landmark building in the center of Biarritz, with direct access to the beautiful Miramar beach, this stunning panoramic duplex with 1 bedroom and a sleeping area in the living room, located 5 minutes from the Saint-Charles neighborhood, offers breathtaking views of the city, the sea, and the lighthouse. Relax at the end of the day while enjoying a nice jacuzzi with a view of the city. You will stay close to all the city's attractions, the beach, as well as shops and restaurants.
THE APARTMENT
A splendid, charming apartment on 2 levels. Full of character, just 1 minute's walk from the famous Miramar beach! With elegant and careful décor, a bright and practical layout, and high-quality amenities, this apartment offers the ideal comfort for a stay in Biarritz.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the bright living room, where you can relax while listening to music.
- The first bedroom features a double bed (140x200 cm) with TNT television.
- The second bed is a Queen-size bed (160x200 cm).
PARKING
The apartment does not have a parking space.
AMENITIES
Bed linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price. The beds will be freshly prepared upon your arrival.
Free Wi-Fi is available and assigned to the apartment.
INTERACTIONS WITH GUESTS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to plan your check-in time.
Check-ins are usually from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
But it is possible to arrive later upon request, with an additional fee.
- For arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 35 euros.
- For arrivals between 10:00 PM and midnight: 65 euros.
- For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The promenade along the Grande Plage, which borders the Miramar surf beach, is particularly appreciated for its view of the Atlantic Ocean and for walking to the Biarritz lighthouse at sunset. Richly decorated, the Hôtel du Palais, in Belle Époque style, was built for the Russian Empress Eugénie at the end of the 19th century, as was the imperial chapel with Byzantine architecture, famous for its gilding. Surf shops and oyster bars with terraces overlook the ocean.
- Côte des Basques is 10 minutes by car.
- Miramar beach is 1 minute on foot.
- Les Halles de Biarritz is 10 minutes on foot.
