Ideally situated close to Centeanes beach and Rocha brava this villa is perfect for clients who do not wish to rely on a car. Several restaurants, the beach, bars and small supermarkets can be reached by foot. The villa offers 3 bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third twin beds. All bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and plenty of wardrobe space. The house has electric shutters throughout.
The pool heating has a extra cost, if you whish to have it on its necessary to contact us.
The open plan lounge and dining area is spacious and light and has patio doors which lead to a covered exterior lounge area, the garden and pool. There is a fully fitted kitchen with door to the BBQ and external dining area. Surrounding the house is an attractive mature garden with palms, grass area for kids to play and fruit trees. The house is fully gated and there is space for several cars on the private driveway.

Beautifully proportioned villa, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday with two children. The pool towels were an unexpected bonus as was the mid week towel change. When we contacted the company representative the response was dealt with in a timely way. An excellent choice for our holiday !
The refrigerator door needs attention as it did not fit very well.

Lovely house, very clean and had everything we needed. Close to beach and many restaurants and has a wonderful pool. The outside furniture and some of the beds/mattresses could do with an update but couldn't fault anything else!
