Located on the first floor, it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two shower rooms.

The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² living room with connected TV, sofa and armchair - A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a shower room with WC - Separate WC Outside: - A main 36 m² terrace with trees and sea views, equipped with garden furniture and a dining area. - A second 15 m² terrace with a small seating and reading area Please note We would like to inform our future guests that work is currently underway near the residence, which may cause temporary noise pollution during the day. The flat is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Activities : - All water sports - Hiking - Sightseeing Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park. As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful: - Nearest port: Ajaccio ferry port, about 25 minutes away by car. - Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport, about 15 minutes by car Other remarks : - Free WiFi available (fibre optic) - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets are not allowed. - Work is being carried out near the accommodation, which may cause noise pollution. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
