The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and extended stays. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a third with a single bed.

While parking is not permitted along the promenade in front of the building, free parking can be found on nearby streets, and there are also public car parks, both free and paid, in the area. Bicycles are not allowed to be stored inside the apartment or in the building’s common areas such as corridors, entrances, shared terraces, or patios.
