This exceptional 300 m² property has been designed to combine comfort, modernity and aesthetics.
With its meticulous decoration, every detail has been thought of to offer its occupants a pleasant and memorable experience. This spacious loft is composed as follows: On the ground floor, a vast open-plan living space, combining a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, creating a friendly, flowing atmosphere for meals with family or friends. The living room is pleasantly appointed and will enable you to relax and enjoy this beautiful, light-filled space.
Important information: the television is located upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances, including an oven, hob, fridge, dishwasher and an adapted dining area. Large bay windows offer abundant natural light and open onto a private garden, perfect for relaxing or enjoying the fine weather. Upstairs, four generously-sized bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and dressing room, guarantee each occupant optimum comfort and total privacy. A TV lounge area will allow you to relax in a comfortable and carefully decorated space. The contemporary decor, combining noble materials and design elements, creates an environment that is both chic and warm. The loft can accommodate up to 8 people, ideal for families, with enough space to guarantee comfort and privacy for everyone. Important information: there are no shutters in this house. Neighbourhood : Located in a quiet, central area of Nantes, you'll be just minutes from the city's main tourist and cultural attractions.
You'll be close to shops, restaurants and public transport.
We recommend Pain prenelle bakery! Transport : - By car: free parking spaces are available close to the loft. - Nearest train station: Gare Nord - Nearest airport: 20 minutes by car, 1 hour by public transport - From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around 20 minutes. - Tramway line 1, Landreau stop - Bus: line 11 is just 5 minutes away. Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival. This accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival.
You will be welcomed on site by a member of our team, who will give you an introduction to the house and how it works, and hand over the keys.
To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets. For any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us. Excellent séjour, le loft est vraiment magnifique et super bien équipé. Les chambres sont également très spacieuses. La propreté était irréprochable ce qui était très agréable ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! A noter par contre, il n’y a aucun volet, c’est à prendre en compte pour les chambres notamment si vous venez avec des bébés ou des enfants en bas âge.

Magnifique séjour à Nantes dans ce beau loft, vaste et bien équipé, à l'exception du nombre de wc, qui n'était que de deux pour 4 belles chambres doubles et le nombre de personnes pouvant y être accueillies. A recommander !
