Welcome to Kanaloa, a relaxed and well-equipped apartment in the coveted Altamar IV complex, perfectly located between the golden beach of Arenal de Jávea and the charming port area.
This three-bedroom apartment is designed to enjoy a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle, with everything you need for easy and peaceful holidays.
Enter and you will find two spacious double bedrooms with king-size beds (160 x 200), as well as a cheerful room with two beds that is perfect for children or friends.
With a family bathroom and an en-suite bathroom (both with showers over baths), there is space for everyone to get ready comfortably after a day at the beach.
The elegant galley kitchen comes fully equipped with all modern appliances, making cooking a pleasure, although with so many local restaurants nearby, you may not use it much! The living room and open-plan dining area flow directly into a generous covered terrace, where you can sink into the outdoor sofa with a glass of wine or enjoy a leisurely lunch while absorbing the views of the pool and gardens below.
Available throughout the year, Kanaloa is ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a well-located and hassle-free base.
Although the apartment does not have a private parking space, there is ample free parking just outside on the main Avenue.
The best part of all is that you are just a 10-minute walk from the lively seafront promenade of Arenal, and 15 minutes from the picturesque port, perfect for having a coffee in the morning, enjoying tapas at night, and everything in between.
Advice from JH: Are you travelling with extended family or a large group? Kanaloa shares the complex with Altamar Cielo and La Kalma, and is just around the corner from El Colibrí, so everyone can stay nearby, with their own space to relax.* **Important Information** 1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property).
Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund. 2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included.
A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded. 3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract (Company Registration Number: EGVT-478-A)

We arrived at Altamar Cielo, slightly difficult to find the apartment however it was worth it. Fabulous terrace, beautifully clean and tidy apartment. Stayed for 11 nights. Everything was as described. Pool was clean everyday. Will definitely stay again. And of course Javea is a beautiful location. Loved our holiday.

Apartment was clean and well supplied. Terrace at front and back meant we could chase the sun all day and direct access to the pool was a huge plus for our group. Javea Holidays office staff were, as usual, wonderfully helpful and supportive. A great week had by all!

I originally booked La Kalma, however, the owners decided to sell so I had to find other accommodation. Kanaloa, next door was free so I opted for this as it was in the complex I liked. All was fine - but I didn't feel it was as 'homely' as La Kalma. Still had what we needed in terms of facilities and comfort, so all good.
