It has many facilities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It can accommodate up to 4 people and is perfect for a tourist stay with family, friends or for a business trip.
It is located close to downtown, many shops, parks and restaurants.

## Logement
All comfort, it includes:
- a cosy bedroom with a double bed and a wall cupboard and a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate up to 4 guests; a baby cot;
- a functional bathroom with bathtub;
- A fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine convenient for extended stays.
- The balcony, not overlooked, offers a peaceful and green setting for a quiet outdoor meal.
You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Garage, Baby cot, Refrigerator, Heating, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The accommodation is located:
- near a tram stop (at the end of the street);
- 10 minutes walk from a supermarket "Carrefour Contact";
- 15 minutes by car from the city centre;
- close to the Zenith of Strasbourg.
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveller.

The neighborhood is organized around the large Parc des Poteries, ideal for walking, running, or enjoying a green space with family.

Appartement neuf, très bien situé, quartier calme et en sécurité. Tram à proximité. Un plus pour le garage. Tout est pensé dans l'appartement, même les produits de base pour pouvoir se sustenter en arrivant. Bravo !
