Beautiful, bright rooms. Living room with a large balcony overlooking the stream and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. A second balcony facing west to the courtyard. Non-smoking apartment.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, as well as dishes and cutlery.
The technical amenities include Wi-Fi, radio, CD player, and a vacuum cleaner.
Please note that there is new construction on the neighboring property, and finishing work is being carried out. Therefore, there may be construction noise at times.
The key handover takes place via a key safe.
Please be aware that a tourist tax is charged in Warnemünde. This is €2.25 per night per person aged 16 and over.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
