Our charming duplex studio is the perfect Parisian pied-Ã -terre in the heart of the city!
Newly renovated and featuring exposed antique beams, itâs ideal for solo travelers.
The living area includes a table, leather stools, and a kitchenette with a refrigerator, cooktop, and washing machine.
The WC is under the staircase leading to the upper level, where youâll find a single bed, a closet, and a shower room. Entire Home Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.
Not suitable for children or infants.
Additional rules: Calme entre 22H et 8H Even though itâs a self check-in, we remain at your service before, during, and even after your stay. The location is in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in the city, close to numerous restaurants, bars, and major concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club, etc.). You'll also find plenty of markets, specialty food shops, and one of the most renowned bakeries in Paris. Montorgueil: 1 km Louvre Museum: 2 km Place de lâOpéra: 2 km Le Marais: 3 km - Newly renovated - Prime location - 3rd floor, no elevator. - Travel cot + mattress + fitted sheet = 20⬠for the entire duration of your stay
