ARCACHON, SPRING TOWN: CHARMING OUTBUILDING 400M FROM THE BEACH!
In a quiet, residential area of the Spring Town, this pleasant outbuilding, attached to a villa, offers approximately 25 sq m of tastefully furnished living space, with a covered terrace and a small garden.
Access is on foot, via a peaceful path leading from Avenue Saint-Arnaud. Upon entering, you'll find a functional kitchen (2-burner induction hob, small refrigerator, and extractor hood). A well-designed hallway provides storage shelves, a microwave, and a Nespresso coffee machine, and leads to a shower room with a toilet and washing machine.
The main room is well laid out: on one side, a sleeping area with a double bed (140cm) and a wardrobe; on the other, a lounge area with two armchairs and a television opens onto a covered terrace furnished with garden furniture and sun loungers.
This apartment overlooks a small south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days.
A second small garden is also located at the front (east) of the property, offering a verdant setting upon arrival.
Street parking is readily available.
The property is modest but very well maintained and offers a good level of amenities for a pleasant stay just steps from the sea. The location is particularly convenient: the beach is only 400 meters away, a grocery store is a 5-minute walk, and the town center with its shops (Monoprix) is about ten minutes away.
Pets are not allowed.
Linens are not provided but can be rented from our partner "Le Linge du Bassin" (code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, based on normal and regular maintenance of the rental during your stay. Property managed by a professional.
Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, le logement est bien situé avec des places de parkings faciles d’accès. Seulement, des notre arrivée nous avons dû étendre la machine et nous avons retrouvé plein de poussières dans la salle de bain. Il faut tout apporter, même les torchons.
