It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, as well as amenities such as beach chairs, barbecue, sports court, hammock, waterfall, soccer field, pool with natural water, and a lake about 50 meters from the house, providing moments of leisure and relaxation. - The chalet is 5 min from the city of Ponte Alta - Surrounded by incredible natural landscapes and pure air of the Santa Catarina Mountains - Near waterfalls, trails and ecological tours - Easy access to Lages/SC (44 km) and other tourist cities in the region - Located just 20 km from the Serra Catarinense Regional Airport - There is still a space for you to make a campfire with your family - Wi-Fi - 2 parking spaces - Smart TV - Air conditioning - There is another individual chalet on the same plot of land - There is the option to hire a cook (check conditions in advance) - In the room there is 1 sofa bed, 1 double bed, wardrobe and mattress protector - The bathroom has an electric shower and a glass/acrylic shower enclosure. - The kitchen is equipped with various utensils, including stove, oven, and refrigerator (except salt, pepper, and oil) - Dining table - Portable fan - Bedding - 220 V Outlets - Smoking is not allowed - The caretakers live on the property - We take this opportunity to state that the stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking.
