The Cocoonr/Book&pay agency offers this house for rent in Royan, approximately 500 metres from the beach, with a surface area of 67 m² and capacity for up to 6 guests.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a private garden and terrace.
Bed linen and towels are included, so all you need to do is bring yourself! The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor - A 20 m² living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. Upstairs - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds (90×190) - A bathroom with shower and toilet - A separate toilet Outside: A beautiful private enclosed garden with terrace, totalling approximately 60 m², facing north-east with furniture to enjoy sunny days - A north-east-facing balcony of approx. 3 m², accessible from bedroom 2 - A north-facing balcony of approx. 4 m², accessible from bedroom 3 The house is ideally located in Royan, at the back of the seafront, in a very pleasant environment close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market and just a few steps from the ocean.
Once you've settled in, everything is within walking distance of the house. Activities : - Water sports - Palmyre zoo - Cinema - Bowling Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park in the immediate vicinity of the house.
The house is equipped with a garage that you can use for your bikes and motorcycles. As for other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Royan train station, about 14 minutes' walk away. - Nearest airport: Bordeaux airport, about 1h40min by car Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of accommodation for future visitors.

Emplacement top, maison confortable, calme. Chambres spacieuses et nombreux rangements. Plateau d'accueil, linge de maison et essentiels pour les 1ers jours sont un vrai plus. Un petit entretien du jardinet (mini bassin abandonné) et un ménage un petit peu plus poussé rendraient ce lieu parfait.

la maison est très bien située, l'intérieur agréable à vivre, l'accueil, la réactivité et la gentillesse de Jenifer est top ainsi que la réactivité du propriétaire suite à un petit incident de radiateur dans une chambre. très professionnel et très avenant. nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison. lors d'un prochain séjour nous reviendrons .

trés agréable séjour dans cet appartement idéalement placé au centre de Royan . Fonctionnel et bien equipé ( la literie est de bonne qualité ) il offre un bon compromis entre accès au front de mer et accès aux nombreux commerces du centre ville
