Magnificent, bright and functional apartment featuring a spacious living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen opening onto a sunny terrace, a bedroom with ample storage, a second bedroom (without windows) with a dresser, as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in the living room and bedroom for added comfort.
No private parking, but close to a public parking lot and the Palais des Congrès. ## Access The keys must be collected via a secure lockbox at the Arrival is autonomous thanks to a key box located: LOGEAZUR IMMOBILIER - 32, Boulevard Albert 1er "Le Splendid" - 06600 ANTIBES, detailed instructions will be sent to you a few days before. Access to the car park is via a car lift, max. weight 2700kg. The nearby Palais des Congrès hosts numerous events. ##Transit Easy access by car to Nice Airport (approximately 30 minutes by car) via the A8 or the M6098. Antibes can be reached in 10 minutes and Cannes in 15 minutes along the coast.
