Guest Access: ● Guests will have access to the entire apartment. ● There is one locked cupboard that is not available for use by guests. ● The property is on the third floor, and there is no lift available. ● There are three flights of stairs to the property. Check-in Information: Guests will need to collect the keys from a KeyNest located at Costcutter at 9-11 Frederick Street, Edinburgh EH2 2EY, which is a short 3-minute walk from the property.

Getting Around: There is no free parking space available at this property, but there is paid on-street parking nearby from Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–6:30 PM, and Sunday between 12 PM–6 PM. It is free to park before and after these times.
Please note there is a max 3-hour stay here at all times. The nearest bus stop to the property is George Street (Stop GG), a short 1-minute walk. A 4-minute walk will take you to the nearest tram station, Princes Street. ✈ Nearest airport Edinburgh Airport: 24-minute taxi ride Other Things to Note: ∗Please note that а refundable damage deposit of £250 is mandatory and should be paid via card and before check-in. Very local to everything we could have ever wanted to see. Tram station was easy to walk to. Lots of places to eat around the area. As the listing says, there are stairs so if you have a lot of luggage or problems with steps, it might not be the place. Overall would easily recommend.

The apartment was very clean, a lovely space. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. Close to the main areas for shopping and sight seeing. The kitchen could do with a few more utensils, there were no scissors or a corkscrew/bottle opener.

The apartment was as was described/ pictured. It was very spacious and had everything we needed for a stay. Check in/ out was easy. Keys were collected from a local shop. Conveniently, you can also store your luggage at the same shop via Bounce.
Only negative during our stay, beds were dreadful unc...
