It measures 49 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the first floor (with a lift) of a residential block, it comprises a lovely 21 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a shower room.
Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! Renovation work is currently underway in the residential block.
There may be some noise disturbance. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 21 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and an open-plan fitted kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and ice maker... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and a walk-in wardrobe - A shower room - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 30 m² north-facing terrace, furnished and equipped with a fan/misting system so you can make the most of sunny days. The flat is ideally situated in Grosseto-Prugna, a 10-minute walk from Porticcio town centre, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market… Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park (1 vehicle). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest railway station: Campo Dell’Oro, approximately 12 mins (9.5 km) by car - Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte, approximately 13 minutes (11 km) by car Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are provided. - Pets are not permitted. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.

Le logement est vraiment superbe avec une vue incroyable.
Le logement est complètement neuf, très bien équipé et avec du matériel de qualité (literie, cuisine etc). Situé à proximité immédiate des commerces et restaurants en voiture.
À noter toutefois: une route passe juste en dessous du balcon, q...
