Typical studio, this gîte (44 sq.m.) is located on the ground floor of owners' house and has direct access to shared and heated swimming-pool.
Ideally situated, just 13 km from the city of Villefranche-sur-Saône, 25 km from Lyon and 600 m from the center of Charnay, a lovely village full of character in the Pierres Dorées region.
Very light studio (thanks to 2 large bay windows), tastefully renovated.
Modern decor.
Entrance via terrace (1 outside step) in living room : dining area (billiard table), lounge area (top quality sofa bed that provides sleeping arrangement for 2 people (160 X 200 cm), HD TV with SFR box), fully fitted kitchen area (2 steps for access).
Shower room including Wc.
On request : access to owners' laundry room (with washing machine and tumble dryer), travel cot, extra single bed (to separate sleeping arrangement) Bed linen, towels, household linen, towels for the pools and final cleaning are included in rent.
Outdoors : gravelled terrace, garden furniture for 2, sunshade, lovely open view over the Beaujolais vineyard, the Alps and the Mont Blanc (on clear days).
Private petanque court, tennis table and dartboard.
Gas plancha on request.
Private parking very near.
At your disposal : owners' swimming-pool (8 m X 5 m, depth 1.5 m, accessible by 4 stairs from terrace) open from early May to late September from 09H to 20H.

Logement magnifique, une vue imprenable dans un village superbe. L’accueil et la discrétion des propriétaires est au top.Il ne manque rien, on est comme chez soi. Pas le temps de s’ennuyer, une panoplie de jeux sont proposés.Le canapé manque de confort mais pour une semaine, ça passe

Gite très agréable, avec une vue magnifique, très bien agencé, décoré avec goût et équipé avec du beau matériel ! Propriétaire sympathique et très intentionnée ! Nous sommes prêts à y retourner et à le recommander à nos relations.
