Welcome to Seaviews Egmond, a bright, fresh, and wonderfully comfortable holiday home right on the beach of Egmond aan Zee. Here you are welcomed every day by the sound of the waves and a breathtaking view of the North Sea. For true beachgoers, this is the perfect place.
In just 1 minute you will have your feet in the sand, the wide, clean beach literally lies at your doorstep.
No cars, no hustle – just a quiet walkway to the sea. The dunes are your backyard for beautiful walks. Whether you come to swim, sunbathe, play beach volleyball, fly kites, search for shells, or simply float in the sea – Seaviews Egmond is your ideal base.
After a day full of sea air, sun, and sand, you return to a comfortable home where you can relax wonderfully with your feet up and a sea view. In the morning, you can get fresh bread in the center (5 minutes' walk), enjoy the beach during the day, and watch the sun set into the sea from your own terrace in the evening.

Of course, there is also a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The open kitchen is fully equipped and cleverly positioned so that the view is maintained even while cooking.
Through the spacious hallway, you reach two comfortable bedrooms: A master bedroom with a luxury double bed with separate mattresses A second bedroom with a single bed The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, a sink with a large mirror, and there is a separate toilet for extra convenience. There are two balconies – one large and one smaller balcony – both with comfortable seating to fully enjoy the sun, peace, and view. As a guest, you will have access to your own garage, ideal in the often busy Egmond.

Der Ausblick vom Wohnzimmer/ Balkon und die Lage in Strandnähe waren super.
Es war kein Föhn vorhanden, die Markise war schwer zu bewegen, Stoff eingerissen, bei dem Balkon ist die weiße Farbe bereits abgeblättert, die Fliesen auf dem Balkon waren sehr schmutzig. Die Toilette war ohne Lüfter und auch sehr klein.
Die Garage war schwer zu finden und nur für kleine Autos geeig...
