The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming, fully air-conditioned maisonnette for rent in Argelès-sur-Mer, close to the beach, with jacuzzi and petanque area.
It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.
It comprises a 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a private, enclosed garden of around 1,000 m².

The accommodation comprises - A 20 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and open, fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, Tassimo coffee maker, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: two single beds joined together to form a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, iron, cot, high chair.
Outside: - Jacuzzi open from March to October (up to 6 people) - 1,000 m² private enclosed garden with petanque area - A 150 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings.
You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Canyoning Park, Mini Golf Paradise, Karting Ludikart, Lunapark and Drop-in Argelès Water Jump Parc about 2 min (1 km) away by car - Racou beach, about 11 minutes (6.2 km) by car - Sentier du littoral (coastal path) about 17 min (10 km) by car - Historic centre of Argelès-sur-Mer approx. 10 min (4.9 km) by car Public transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (up to 2 vehicles).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Argelès Sur Mer train station, about 9 minutes (4.7 km) by car. - Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 34 min (33.4 km) by car Other notes : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wi-Fi available - Pets accepted free of charge.

maison trés bien situé au calme sans vis a vis et trés bien équipé lave vaisselle four lave linge terrain de pétanque jacuzzi qui était à température à notre arrivée
pas grand chose juste l'aspirateur qui était pas trés efficace
