Very close to the town center on foot, the house offers a pleasant living area (open-plan kitchen/living room).
The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, induction hob, conventional oven, microwave, extractor hood, crockery for 4 people).
The living area has a table and chairs, a sofa bed, and a TV.
The first floor comprises two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200 cm) and a balcony, and a shower room with WC.
A large wooden terrace (with electric awning) overlooks the garden (washing machine under a lean-to outside).
NO PETS ALLOWED - INTERNET/WIFI EQUIPMENT - NO HYBRID OR ELECTRIC VEHICLE PLUG (plugging in is prohibited in the accommodation) 1 parking space in front of the accommodation An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they believe to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure.
This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage.
In the case of a preliminary inventory, the security deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.
Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival: - Cleaning of House C354: €66. - Bed linen (double bed): €20. - Towels/person/week: €8.

Excellent séjour dans cette petite maison très pratique pour notre famille : nous y serions restés avec plaisir une semaine de plus si elle avait été disponible. Proche du centre ville de Cambo, tout est accessible à pied, commerces, marché, aire de jeux pour enfants... Le quartier est calme et agréable et la maison est bien équipée. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente !
