Cocoonr agency offers you this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, less than a kilometer from the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 70 m², and room for up to 4 guests.
Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with bathtub). Cleaning is included in the rental and linens are provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), and your bed will be made upon arrival. All rooms in the house are on the ground floor. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room with TV - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) - One bedroom with one double bed (140×190) - One bathroom Outside: - A balcony to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located at the entrance to Old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's garage and private parking lot. Schöner und relativ ruhiger Innenhof und bequeme Betten.
Entgegen der Beschreibung verfügt die Wohnung über keine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wir haben dies gleich zu Beginn des Aufenthalts mitgeteilt. Ausser einem Dankeschön für die Information ist nichts passiert. Es sind jedoch 2 mobile Kühlgeräte vorhanden.
