We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest bus stop, Central IV, is just a 4-minute walk.
The nearest train station, Braga, is just a 14-minute walk.
Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 38-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before entering the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a bin bag.
The property does daily cleaning.
The cleaning team will change towels/sheets every day between 12:00 and 17:00; if you do not need this service, leave the "do not disturb" sign outside your bedroom door.

Very good! One of the best places I've stayed in the city of Braga. Excellent location, excellent facilities, good guest service. Nothing to complain about. I would suggest adding more crockery, pots, kitchen towels, a chopping board and an iron.

My stay was excellent! The place is very cosy and well located, with everything nearby - cafés, restaurants and other amenities. The area is quiet and safe. I found everything very clean and organised, I really felt at home. I would definitely recommend it and would come back again!
