We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible.
We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car. The nearest bus station, Kevin Street, is just a 3-minute walk. Dublin Airport is a 33-minute drive from the property. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat.
You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM). Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes.
So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests.
Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit.
Local authorities may also be present (if required). The home includes three bedrooms with UK double beds, ideal for a restful night's sleep after exploring the city.
Step outside to enjoy a private terrace with a table and two chairs, perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Please note that this property does not include a separate living room, but its well-appointed bedrooms and private terrace offer comfortable spaces to relax and unwind. The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfil any culinary requirement.
A washer is available for your laundry needs. The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience. Very convenient location. Easy access to everything. Lack of a central sitting room was not ideal but we were out and about every day until late evening. So it worked for us. Would be good for active travelers. Probably less than ideal for more sedentary visits or families with small kids.

we had a couple of minutes issues with the heating and one of the showers but other than that it was a very nice place to stay.
The host was very quick to respond and did so with helpful suggestions.

I recently stayed at this place and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, making it very convenient, especially for families with children. Everything you might need is already available, with all appliances at hand. It’s comfortable, practical, and truly makes the stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay.
