Your courtyard, accesses and accommodation are for exclusive and private use. - Strategic location with easy car access: 25 minutes from Alphaville shopping centre, 20 minutes from the industrial hubs of Jandira, Barueri and Itapevi, 5 minutes from Aldeia da Serra Shopping Centre and 20 minutes from the Historic Centre of Santana de Parnaíba - Wi-fi - Parking for up to 3 cars - Bed linen and bath towels provided - Hammock available in the garden/yard - The living room has an armchair, sofa and fireplace - The kitchen is equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, tea towel, coffee maker, cooker, oven, fridge, blender, kettle, strainer, thermos flask, water jug, placemats/coasters, bin and other utensils (excluding oil and salt) - Bedroom 1 is a suite with 1 double bed, wardrobe, duvet/blanket and mattress protector - Bedroom 2 with 1 single bed and duvet/blanket - Private bathroom (suite) with electric shower and curtain - Bathroom 1 (powder room) without shower and without shower enclosure - Basic hygiene and bath items available - Washing machine - 110v and 220v sockets - External area with external lighting and garden/yard - Portable fan available - Property access via stairs - Lower floor deactivated and without access (not included in the rental) - Caretaker resides in independent annex on the property - Transfer available from Jandira CPTM train station or Historic Centre of Santana de Parnaíba (price to be negotiated) - We would like to point out that the stay is for the number of people informed at the time of booking.
