Positive:
Spacious, clean and welcoming, great location being 15 minute walk from the tram stop with plenty of free parking in the street below. Easy to get to from the motorway. Great communication and very accommodating for our needs. Contactless checkin and keys was useful as we came down by car and we arrived a bit later than we planned.
