The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned house with sea views for rent in the municipality of Porto-Vecchio, less than a kilometer from the beach. It has a surface area of 33 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 15 m².

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with a sofa bed (140×190), TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 9 m² east-facing terrace with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- A beautiful 15 m² enclosed garden, east-facing

The house is ideally located in Porto-Vecchio, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

Activities:
- Relax on the idyllic beaches of Palombaggia or Santa Giulia, with their turquoise waters.
- Explore the old town of Porto-Vecchio, with its narrow streets, ramparts and lively terraces.
- Go hiking in the Alta Rocca or to the natural pools of Cavu.
- Take a boat trip to the coves or the Lavezzi Islands, departing from the port.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free on the estate.
