+ By train: 20 mins’ walk from the station.
+ By bus: 15 mins from the station (the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
Please note that the hill leading up to the residence is difficult to climb with luggage) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm, if you are unable to arrange your own arrival, a surcharge of €20 will apply. If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself. Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening. 🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

La proximité avec le centre d'Annecy, la vue la machine à laver
La literie, le grill pain, la bouilloire, la cafetière et la télé nous n'avons pas eu de télé car pas de câble.

la vue, la grandeur de l'appartement, la place de parking en sous sol, la déco, le calme, le balcon, la luminosité.
Une seule clé pour trois, ce n'est pas possible. On ne peut pas tous avoir les memes horaires!!!
Je ne pense pas reprendre cet appartement à cause de la seule clé. Manque une paroie de douche, on met de l'eau partout. Les chaises sont de mauvaises qualité, peut etre bien si l'on fait moins de 50 kilos! pas d'explications pour le chauffage, il ne fonctionnait pas, il faisait frais.

La remise des clés a été organisée facilement. Accueil en personne très sympathique .
