You can reach the equipped bathing facilities either on foot, with a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes, or by car in just 2 minutes.

Apartment Features:
Strategic Location: Located on the ground floor, the apartment features an independent entrance directly from the street, ensuring maximum privacy.
Shared Courtyard: A large common courtyard, ideal for relaxing outdoors, organizing barbecues or letting your four-legged friends play in total safety.
Private Parking: Free reserved parking for up to 4 cars, inside the courtyard enclosed by a driveway gate.
Amenities and Services: The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: full kitchen, coffee machine, bed linen, towels, shower products, washing machine, Wi-Fi, TV and air-conditioned rooms with hot water always available.
Space Distribution:
Open Space: Entrance with armored door that opens onto a large open space, consisting of a living room and kitchen. Here you will find a comfortable sofa bed that offers the first 2 beds, an additional sofa and a fireplace for cozy evenings.
Sleeping Area: A small corridor leads to the full bathroom and the double bedroom with a king-size bed, ensuring maximum comfort.
