We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay.
Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own. The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car. The nearest train station, Aveiro, is just a 19-minute walk or an 8-minute drive. Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1-hour and 5-minute drive from the property. This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property.
If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included). This one-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre.

This delightful 65² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city.
It is designed with a modern and charming style with large windows, providing a peaceful and bright ambience to guests. The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table.
The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together.
It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker. The bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a comfortable double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom. The apartment also opens onto a small balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze with a cup of coffee. The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
It is located on the 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs. Enjoy your stay!

: Great location on the canal, close to everything, town, restaurants and pubs, lovely apartment.
Also close to free parking across the canal. Would love to come back 🤗
New nice apartment that lacked some equipment, larger bowls for example salad, kitchen towel, toaster.

Very modern flat. I thought there were a few things missing that people don't expect to be missing. There was no kitchen towel, we only had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 days... there are no supports in the bathroom to put towels on. There are no ingredients for cooking.
Otherwise, if you're just going to sleep, it's excellent. Nice view, quiet neighbourhood.

The internet was very bad and there was no signal on the TV, but I guess they will repair it because the flat is very new.
