Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, air-conditioned property in Zonza for rent.
It has a floor area of 147 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 60 m² living area, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms, and a garden of around 700 m². Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you! The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 60 m² living area with a TV, sofa and dining area - An open-plan, fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a fan-assisted oven, a steam oven and a microwave, a toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - Swimming pool (private and heated outside the summer season) measuring 4×8 m and secured with an alarm, open from 1 May to 31 October.
Parents are responsible for supervising children whilst swimming.
Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions - A beautiful, private and enclosed garden of 1,200 m² - An 80 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days The house is ideally situated in Zonza, in a very pleasant setting.

Activities: - Hiking in the Aiguilles de Bavella - Swimming in the natural pools of the Cavu - Piscia di Gallo waterfall - Pinarello beach and island - Mountain biking or walking in the Cavu valley - Viseo racecourse - Cucuruzzu archaeological site Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (up to 3 vehicles). As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest airports: Figari – South Corsica Airport, approximately 50 mins (38.7 km) away; Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte Airport, approximately 2 hours 45 mins by car (142 km) Other notes: - Bed linen and towels are included. - The stove is not in working order. - Pets are not permitted in the accommodation. - Free Wi-Fi available - Swimming pool: parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming.
