With capacity for up to 6 guests, it offers welcoming and functional spaces for both short and long-term stays.
The apartment features three bedrooms: one suite with a private bathroom; one bedroom with a double bed; and another also with a double bed.
There is also a guest bathroom to serve the remaining bedrooms.
The social area consists of a large living and dining room, ideal for gatherings, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals with ease.
The laundry room, equipped with a washing machine and other essentials, ensures greater convenience during your stay.
Designed to maximize comfort and privacy, Vila Formosa III offers a peaceful retreat just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, and Funchal city center — making it the perfect base for exploring the city and the island of Madeira.

GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer.

If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS - We inform that a Municipal Tourist tax will be charged for person staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal.
All guests staying in tourist developments and / or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged 2,00€ per person/night, up to a maximum 7 nigths stay/ 14€ per person.
Close to your arrival, you will receive the link to pay this fee. - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card). - Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance.
If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team. - All bed linen and towels are provided.
We can also put a baby cot, a high chair and a baby bath if needed, but you should request.
There are a first aid kit, extinguishers and fire blanket in the property.
RULES We want you to feel at home.
We do not ask for more than respect for neighbours and care for the property, in addition to not smoking inside the house.

This apartment is highly recommended. Its convenient location, underground parking with two spaces, and its amenities are its strengths. A large balcony offers a beautiful ocean view. Shops are nearby and the main road is easily accessible. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning.
